Mercantile Sanskrit: Trade, Religion, and Literature along the Indus

Luther Obrock (University of Pennsylvania) was a 2016 AIPS Short-Term Research Grant awardee. Obrock conducted research at the Punjab University in Lahore to support his research in Pakistan which "concentrates on the Indus River as a major conduit of elite groups between the twelfth and the fifteenth centuries."
