Voicing Dissent: Urdu Literacy Modernism and the Progressive Writers in 20th-century South Asia

Jennifer Dubrow was a 2019 AIPS Short-Term Research Grant awardee and conducted research in Lahore, Pakistan for about six weeks. Dubrow worked mainly at the Nuqush Center at Government College University while also conducting interviews, consulting archives at the Punjab Public Library, giving talks at international seminars, and participating in a workshop at the Gurmani School of Humanities and Social Sciences at LUMS.
