Remapping Literary Worlds: Miraji's Urdu Translations of World Poetry

Noor Habib was a 2023 AIPS Short-Term Research Grant awardee and conducted research in Lahore and Islamabad for six months. Habib's research focuses on the work of the Urdu modernist poet Miraji, exploring both his work which represents radical, contrarian politics and his translations which offered a fresh and novel way of expressing creative thought.
